This page explains what happens to information submitted through the contact form and how privacy rights can be exercised.

Who is responsible
The site is operated by Luka Dujmovic. The public privacy contact address appears below. The formal provider details required for commercial publication, including legal identity, service address, NIF and, where applicable, registration details, are still being completed and will appear here before launch.
What is collected and why
The contact form collects a name, work email, the challenge described, inquiry context and language. To protect the form, the site also processes a Turnstile token and technical security information, including an IP-derived pseudonymous rate-limit key.
The information is used only to assess and respond to a professional inquiry, take requested pre-contractual steps and protect the service from abuse. Do not send confidential information or special-category personal data through the form.
Legal basis
Responding to an inquiry is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the sender. Security checks, rate limiting and abuse prevention are based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Optional analytics, if enabled, require the visitor's prior choice.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides DNS, hosting, Turnstile security checks and rate limiting. Inquiry content is sent through the configured email-delivery service to a verified private mailbox and is not stored in a website database. The final recipient-mailbox provider will be named here before launch.
For abuse prevention, the request address is used transiently to create a pseudonymous rate-limit key. The site does not write names, email addresses or inquiry messages to application logs. Cloudflare's Free network processes requests globally; this site does not claim EU-only processing.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the applicable contractual and legal transfer safeguards will be documented here before launch.
Retention
An inquiry that does not lead to a professional relationship will be deleted from the receiving mailbox no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact. If a professional relationship begins, relevant records may be retained for the applicable contractual, tax and legal periods.
Rights and complaints
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability requests can be sent to the privacy address below. No contact inquiry is subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. A complaint can also be made to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising, marketing trackers or cross-site profiling. Necessary technology is used to protect the contact form, remember a visitor's privacy choice, and suppress a dismissed Spanish-language suggestion for the current browsing session.
Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page performance and use without advertising or marketing profiling. Its browser beacon loads only after an explicit optional-analytics choice; choosing necessary technology only prevents it from loading. Choices can be changed at any time through the footer.
